Because we finished the Winnebago system with no bondaries does that mean that the Wolf River would be uneligible for the TOC. Just looking for some clarification.

Yes, I believe it would be ineligible since there are no dams or land masses separating it from the Winnebago chain.

I can't either! It never would have happened if we hadn't seen all of the seagulls feeding on bait fish...what luck!
