Is the following correct???
Article 5, Section 2
e.) A body of water may be fished more than once in a season (other than in the TOC).
I may have missed something, but I thought that we "may NOT" fish the same body of water in a season. Just wondering....

It does state we can fish the same body of water twice in a season. This was put in a few years ago if I recall, so we could have a weekend tournament on one body of water, such as Lake Nokomis in 2009. I don't think we've ever had the same body of water fished twice in a season otherwise. An exception would be something lake Winnebago, where the director picks a completely different landing, and makes some boundaries or rivers off limits, that we may have fished already.

The club can fish a body of water more then once per year. This was a change to the by-laws a year or so ago. It changed it back to the way it had been for as long as I can remember. The "may not" change was in effect for only a couple of years. Historically, the club could fish the same body of water more then once per year. Typically this would be done when a weekend tournament took place. The Bay of Green Bay had been an example of a lake that would be fished twice over a weekend. So now we can fish Little Sturgeon Bay launch both days. Ya Ya Ya. Let's do it! Brian is on it.

Great. Works for me! Just thought perhaps a 'not' had been inadvertently left out since that's what I had heard upon first joining the club. Let's FISH!
