Just a quick reminder, if you have any by-law amendment ideas, bring them to the October meeting if you feel they need discussion or explanation before they are due at the November meeting. Thanks.

Guys I will be moving to TN for 5 months to try and turn a plant around that is doing poorly. I will miss the meeting for the next 5 months and hope to see you in March. You're a great bunch and I will miss seeing you at the Banquet.

John your presence will be greatly missed. At least it's not during the season. Have a very safe trip. Try to enjoy the lack of snow and hurry back. Good luck and see you in Spring.

Your manages have faith in your business skills, just as we do in your fishing skills. Good luck with your problem solving adventure in Tennessee. I look forward to you joining us in the next fishing season. If you get to Kentucky Lake, try swim baits in the mouths of the bays. Killer pattern.

You will be missed John. In troubling times remember, "Smooth waters have never made a good sailor". We look forward to your return come Spring! Best of luck.
