Looks like I'll be in a need of a boat for Tournament 5, July 13th, on Madison. Rudy and I were drawn together, and neither of us have a boat. If one of you would be willing to let me borrow your boat for the day, I would be willing to pay some kind of fee. We can work out details when the time comes. Let me know!

Dave you will be fishing with Clyde on Sunday at Madison and Rudy will be fishing with Dan. This way you don't need to find a boat - problem solved.

Unfortunately this is not workable with the way our By-Laws are written. The club has established that two non-boaters have the responsibility to find a boat. Redrawing has been ruled out. Arbitrarily swapping partners is not an option. As a club we have established the random partner approach for tournaments T1-T8. Each individual gets an equal chance to fish with any one club member that elects to fish. Altering that dynamic would be against the clubs historical tradition. That means Rudy and Dave are still in need of a boat. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
