The bylaw votes were tallied at the January Meeting. The results are:
1. Removed is the requirement for members aged 16-20 to be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at meetings
2. Removed are the bonus points for 1000 Islands kids event participation
3. It is now the responsibility of the tournament director to maintain and be responsible for all tournament materials to be on hand at tournaments. It was previously the responsibility of the Secretary/Treasurer.
4. We are now able to have paper tournaments The procedures for such are spelled out in the updated bylaws.
There is no mandatory months for paper tournaments. At the January meeting a motion was made (and seconded) to hold tournaments 4, 6, and 7 as paper tournaments. This motion passed.
Any further changes or additions to the bylaws about paper tournaments will have to be submitted and voted on for the 2019 season.
